Back in August 2017, I have visited the beautiful country of Slovenia. We were staying in Kranjska Gora, a town in northwestern Slovenia, on the Sava Dolinka River in the Upper Carniola region, close to the Austrian and Italian borders. Since it was that close to two other countries, we also had the opportunity to visit places in Italy and Austria while we where there.
I had the opportunity to visit lots of mountains, gorges, historical caves with natural rock formations, as well as the beautiful capital city of Ljubljana. Some highlights of my trip can be found below.
